OBSOLETE Arrêtés préfectoraux de protection de biotope en Bretagne
Mise à jour au 17/03/2023 - L’arrêté préfectoral de protection de biotope est un outil réglementaire en application de la loi du 10 juillet 1976 relative à la protection de la nature. Il a 2 objectifs :
- la préservation des biotopes ou toutes autres formations naturelles nécessaires à la survie (reproduction, alimentation, repos et survie) des espèces protégées inscrites sur la liste prévue à l’article R 411-1 du code de l’environnement. (R 411-15 du code de l’environnement),
- la protection des milieux contre des activités pouvant porter atteinte à leur équilibre biologique (article R 411-17 du code de l’environnement).
